The Bill (Reg.№4332) envisages the improvements to the Civil-Legal liability for the moral injury caused by the spread of the fictitious facts about natural or juridical person.
The amendments in particular are supposed to be introduced to the article 23 of the Civil Code of Ukraine that envisages that the humiliation of dignity of the natural person and business reputation of the natural or juridical person nay be conducted through the spread of the fictitious facts.
The rate of the pecuniary indemnity is determined by the court depending on the status of the person injured, character of the violation etc.
